Mission
Hometown Health Services (HHS) is a 501(c)(3) organization that provides public health programs to community residents of all ages. Public health promotes and protects the health of people and our local community where we live, learn, work and play through the promotion of healthy lifestyles, injury prevention, and detection and control of infectious diseases. Examples of public health work include anti-smoking campaigns, providing immunizations, and preventing the spread of food-borne illness outbreaks. Public health saves money, improves our quality of life, helps children thrive and reduces human suffering. No children are denied health services at HHS due to a parent’s inability to pay.
